A cancelled ski trip, and a house we only saw once
We were supposed to go skiing in Georgia but our flights got cancelled. Instead we flew to Italy to see friends who live in Atri. We went to see whether we liked the village. We found a house we liked more. We viewed one house, one time, made an offer, and before we knew it we were buying a house!

What are we building
We're restoring the farm at Contrada Cona into a small home for immersive wine experiences, and producer visits, with a focus on sustainability. We prioritise regenerative practices, and prefer drinking wines from producers who have a keen interest in the sustainability of their ecosystems.

Seventy years of the same hill
The olive grove
130+ trees, part of the property since the 1950s and partly renewed over the last twenty years. We are restoring the grove into production to create artisanal oil high in polyphenols.

What drew us to this place. Stunning mountains, rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards. It's easy to spend hours staring at this view.
